With a career in real estate spanning back to 2017, Lynissa began her journey in Bendigo working in reception before quickly progressing into property management as an Assistant Property Manager. This early experience provided a strong foundation in client service, organisation, and the day-to-day operations of property management.

After relocating to South East Melbourne, Lynissa continued to grow within the industry, taking on roles as a Leasing Consultant before moving into Field Services and progressing to Field Services Coordinator. These roles have strengthened her ability to manage fast-paced workloads, coordinate multiple priorities, and deliver a high level of service to both rental providers and renters.

Lynissa prides herself on being approachable, reliable, and solutions-focused, always aiming to make the property experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Lynissa is a busy mum of three young children, and understands firsthand the importance of balance, communication, and creating a place to truly call home. Family is a big part of her life, and it’s something that drives her passion for helping others find and maintain homes that suit their lifestyle.
